The general fund offers modest, one-time grants to help with basic needs such as living expenses (food, rent, utilities, etc.); Christian Science practitioner bills; home or car repairs; or other unexpected situations. 

The National Fund for Christian Science Nursing is a benevolence fund that can assist Christian Science nursing patients in the United States and its territories.
